British Columbia’s capital, Victoria, boasts Canada’s mildest winter and thus has the country’s fastest-growing retirement community.
It lies in a beautiful natural setting on Vancouver Island, surrounded by hills and overlooking the snow-clad Olympic mountains.  This charming city has managed to retain the atmosphere of a seaside resort, and is most appreciated by those who love to walk. Active seniors will find a vast array of delightful side trips at their disposal (in addition to the many included in our program.  So this winter don’t bother with your passport, exchange rates or bottled water and come with us to the jewel on the North Pacific – Victoria!
