Seaside Stay-put Holiday

Tour Highlights

Fall is a perfect time of year to explore Greece.
The climate is mild and pleasant, ideal for walking and exploring. This economical and lively holiday is ideal for those looking for a relaxing vacation with the opportunity to explore the towns, villages and historic sites.

We stay at the Kinetta Beach Hotel & Spa, located on a pebbly beach by the sea in Corinthos, approximately 50 kms. from Athens and 7 kms. from the village of St. Theodori.  This First Class hotel, which is set on many acres of gardens, has a lounge, bar, gift shop and TV lounge. The restaurant serves all meals buffet style. The cozy guestrooms have two single beds or one double, TV with English channels, an audio channel, climate control and a bathroom with tub/shower and hairdryer. All rooms have a balcony or patio.

A special feature of the hotel is their spa facilities, including a sauna, gym, heated indoor pool and various spa treatments available at a nominal cost. There is also an outdoor pool surrounded by deck chairs and lounges.

In order to give an overview of life in Greece, and to allow opportunities to meet with the local people, an activity programme will be included in our holiday. Scheduled activities include Greek language and cooking lessons, folkloric shows, movie nights, visits to a monastery and a vineyard, as well as a series of lectures on mythology, ancient history and modern Greece. There will also be a free shuttle into Athens one day for those who wish to explore this fascinating city further. Various optional tours will be offered to places of interest, including the archaeological sites of Nafplion, Mycenae and Epidauras.

***Those joining any of our tours to Europe must be able to walk fairly long distances and climb stairs easily.
