Victoria, BC Home and Garden Tour

Canada
Known as “The Garden City”, Victoria’s climate is perfect for a wide variety of gardening, and there are countless impressive gardens throughout the city and surrounding area representing a wide range of styles.
The annual flower count in the spring can be up to 8.5 billion blooms, and so the towns in the Greater Victoria area count their flower blooms in a friendly competition, in order to be the ”Bloomingest Community”.  One of the city’s most recognizable trademarks is its hanging baskets.  Each spring more than 1600 flower baskets hang from lamp posts in a medley of color.  This tour is designed for the garden enthusiast to view the beautiful homes and unique gardens of Southern Vancouver Island, all in full bloom!  An expert garden guide will accompany us on all garden visits.
