On this “London Theatre at Sea” themed cruise we will experience Olivier Award-winning talent both on and off the stage. Special guests will give a series of talks about their careers, insight into theatre show production, and on the various London theatres. There will also be opportunities to participate in dance classes, choir singing and design workshops. 
   
We will sail in the elegant comfort of  Cunard’s fabled Queen Mary 2.  This elaborate “City at Sea” retains the glamour of old world traditions combined with contemporary luxury and comfort. Cunard’s flagship is the most magnificent ocean liner ever built, and features elegant British styling, a rich history and a wide variety of dining and entertainment options.

Facilities of the QM2 include a state-of-the-art health spa, supervised fitness and exercise classes, indoor and outdoor pools, a library with a computer learning centre, shopping promenade with a Harrods branch, pub, several bars, night club, 3D Cinema, casino, world-class entertainers and of course the Planetarium.  

Dining on the QM2 is simply wonderful. You may choose the formal splendor of the Brittania Restaurant or the relaxed atmosphere of the King’s Court Buffet. Afternoon Tea is an old QM2 tradition and room service is available on a 24-hour basis.
After we disembark our cruise we enjoy a 2-night stay in London, including a sightseeing tour and a top-rated West End show. 

Itinerary / Excursions

Day 1: Departure / New York / Embarkation

We depart for New York, and upon arrival we transfer to the QM2. Be on deck as the ship sails, to view the incredible New York skyline and the Statue of Liberty. Tonight we enjoy our first delicious dinner on board.

Day 2 - 7: At Sea

Time to relax and enjoy the endless array of facilities, activities and entertainment on board the QM2. In addition to attending the ongoing “London Theatre at Sea” events, you can attend a cooking class, wine tasting or kick back in the lounge with a good book.

Day 8: Southampton / London

We disembark this morning in Southampton and proceed to London where we’ll enjoy a panoramic sightseeeing tour. Highlights include Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Canadian War Memorial and much more. Tonight we have an early dinner and then off to London’s West End to enjoy a top-rated theatre performance.

Day 9: London

Our final day in London is at leisure for shopping or to visit one of London’s countless attractions. This evening is our Farewell Dinner.

Day 10: Home

We fly home to Canada.
