Fly to Singapore via Vancouver.

Crossing the International Date Line.

Arrive and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, visit Chinatown’s narrow lanes of shops, restaurants and the famous Night Market. Enjoy a lovely river cruise and dinner at a local Chinese restaurant.

On our city tour we’ll see Parliament House, the National Gallery, and the iconic Merlion statue, followed by a visit to Thian Hock Keng Temple - Singapore’s oldest temple. Experience the vibrant Little India, with its array of spices, and conclude at the UNESCO-listed Singapore Botanical Gardens, home to 60,000 orchids. Enjoy dinner with a glass of Singapore Sling.

Fly to Yogyakarta, Java’s arts and cultural centre. Visit a workshop that makes beautiful Javanese daggers, and a Batik shop.

Visit 9th-century Borobudur, the world’s largest Buddhist monument. It was buried under volcanic ash until rediscovery and restoration in the last century. Borobudur is scenically nestled between two volcanoes and two rivers. Its stupa is covered with thousands of carved panels and exquisite Buddha statues.

Begin your tour at the marvellous Sultan Palace. Visit the Water Castle, then drive to Prambanan, a 9th-century temple known for its Hindu sculptures. Explore the nearby 8th-century Sewu Temple, a Mahayana Buddhist site with impressive statues. Conclude with a sunset picnic, enjoying views of the temple complex and Mount Merapi, Indonesia’s most active volcano.

Fly to Ubud, Bali’s longstanding cultural centre.

Discover Balinese traditional puppetry with a master craftsman. Learn about the art, enjoy a performance, and try it yourself. After lunch, visit Tirta Empul, Bali’s renowned water temple known for its healing waters. Conclude the day at the Sacred Monkey Forest, a sanctuary for hundreds of monkeys.

Visit Tunjuk village and explore a traditional Balinese compound that still adheres to age-old traditions. At the village’s communal farm, learn about rice cultivation, meet the farmers, and enjoy a farm-fresh lunch.

Travel to East Bali, starting with the 17th-century Klungkung Palace. Explore Kusamba, a fisherman’s village known for its vibrant outriggers and black beach. Visit Goa Lawah, a sacred site housing thousands of nectar bats. After lunch, experience Taman Tirta Gangga water palace. Conclude your tour in Tenganan, a traditional village famous for weaving the “flaming cloth”.

A day at leisure to enjoy the resort and its facilities or explore Ubud.

Fly to Labuan Bajo on the island of Flores.

Cruise to Komodo Island, home to the Komodo dragon, and see these beasts in their natural habitat. On the way back, stop to admire the red sands and turquoise water at Pink Beach.

Experience a day trip to the lush mountainside village of Melo Village. Receive a welcome from the village chief and enjoy various traditional art performances, including the Caci War Dance. Have lunch in the village and dinner at a local restaurant.

Fly back to the island of Bali and transfer to your deluxe beach resort.

Travel by open-air jeep to the Bukit Peninsula. Stop at GWK Cultural Park, featuring Indonesia’s tallest statue of Hindu god Vishnu. Continue to the iconic 10th-century Uluwatu Temple, perched high atop a cliff with views of the Indian Ocean and inhabited by playful monkeys.

A free day to enjoy the beach resort and its facilities before a delicious Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant.

Fly to Singapore and overnight.
