Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for a three night stay. Enjoy meeting your fellow travellers over a drink and Welcome Dinner.

Explore Edinburgh’s medieval Old Town, the elegant Georgian New Town, and visit the Royal Yacht Britannia. Later, enjoy a rousing banquet featuring traditional entertainment and a great selection of Scottish food.

Today we enjoy a visit to Edinburgh Castle with the afternoon free to explore this historic city on your own.

Stop in Culross and stroll along the cobbled streets of Scotland’s most complete 17th-century burgh. Culross has appeared many times in the Outlander series. Next, visit Scone Palace, one of Scotland’s most important stately homes. It has been the seat of Scottish parliaments and the coronation site of the Kings of Scots (including Macbeth and Robert the Bruce). Later, arrive at your boutique hotel in Dundee for a three-night stay.

Explore the charming East Neuk villages along the Kingdom of Fife’s coast, reflecting its sea-fishing heritage. Visit St. Andrew’s, the home of golf, and picturesque fishing villages. Discover Scotland’s Secret Bunker and its intriguing underground history.

Designated as a UNESCO City of Design, Dundee is home to historic ships and renowned museums. Visit the RRS Discovery and experience life in the Antarctic with Captain Scott and his crew. Explore the incredible V&A museum dedicated to design, then continue to the 200-year-old HMS Unicorn—the last surviving wooden warship in Scotland.

Travel through Angus and stop at Glamis Castle— the inspiration for Shakespeare’s Macbeth and birthplace of Princess Margaret. Enjoy Afternoon Tea on the grounds, then continue to the romantic and haunting ruins of Dunnottar Castle—a photographer’s paradise! Later, arrive at your hotel in Aberdeen for a four night stay.

Travel along the North East 250— Scotland’s ultimate road trip! First, visit Peterhead Prison Museum highlighting the brave personnel who served Scotland’s toughest jail. Continue to the Museum of Scottish Lighthouses at Kinnaird Head Lighthouse. After a light lunch, visit Scotland’s first mainland lighthouse built in 1787, and then the Aberdeen Distillery.

Royal Deeside’s moody mountains, lofty crags, rivers and moors captivated Queen Victoria. Stop in the picturesque Victorian village of Ballater, then visit a working farm to see and learn about the beautiful Highland Cattle. End the day at the Braemar Highland Games Centre, where you’ll explore the living tradition of the Highland Games, featuring the world-famous Braemar Gathering and its long-standing royal connections.

At leisure in Aberdeen. Stroll the beach and look for dolphins, take in the stunning granite buildings and monuments, or ask your Tour Manager for suggestions.

Travel to the Trossachs, a romantic area of sparkling lochs, hills, sleepy forests and welcoming villages. Stop to take a photo of the famous Balmoral Castle, and stop in one of the quaint villages before arriving in Stirling for a three-night stay,

Visit the Scottish Crannog Centre on Loch Tay, a museum showcasing the 2,500-year-old Crannog dwellers’ lifestyle. Enjoy a guided tour with artifact displays and demonstrations of ancient skills and technology

Spend the day as you wish! Stirling hosts many historic attractions, restaurants and pubs, and exciting events. Visit Stirling Castle or shop among the Old Town and Victorian Arcade boutiques. In the evening, indulge in a delicious Farewell Dinner.
