We depart with Air Canada for London.

Upon arrival in London we transfer to our centrally located hotel. An orientation tour around the area is included prior to our Welcome Dinner.

We begin with a visit to Westminster Abbey for a guided tour of this magnificent Gothic church, the traditional site of coronations and burial for English monarchs. We continue to take in some of London’s other legendary highlights: Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Canadian War Memorial and more.

We travel into the green countryside and visit The Cotswolds—a region of many small old towns and villages famed for their postcard-perfect honey coloured cottages nestling in the valleys and wooded hillsides. We will stop at one or two of the villages to explore. A lunch is included at a typical pub—as authentic a British experience as you can get!

2027 dates itinerary DAY 4: DAY TRIP TO WINDSOR. We’ll enjoy a walking tour and a visit to Windsor Castle, one of the King’s official residences and the largest and oldest occupied castle in the world. The afternoon is free to explore on your own before returning back to the city center.

We walk through the West End Theatre District to Covent Garden—one of the liveliest districts in London. Originally a flower market, Covent Garden has evolved into an area of stylish shops, market stalls, cafés, bars, restaurants and pubs, not to mention the many entertaining street performers. We will enjoy a “Behind the Scenes” tour of the nearby Royal Theatre. After some free time, we will walk to an evening performance—your choice between 2 of the West End’s top shows.

Cheerio to London and bonjour Paris, as we whiz through the Channel tunnel at 320 km per hour on the high-speed Eurostar train. Incredibly, in just over two hours we will be in central Paris. We will have some time to relax before our dinner at a charming bistro.

Today’s panoramic tour showcases the very best of Paris. Admire many of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Arc de Triomphe, the elegant Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, the historic Opéra, and the magnificent Notre-Dame Cathedral. Then, we continue to the charming hilltop district of Montmartre, long renowned as the heart of Paris’ artistic community. Visit the magnificent Sacré-Cœur Basilica, where breathtaking panoramic views stretch across the city below. Enjoy free time to stroll through the lively Place du Tertre, browse the work of local artists before savouring lunch at a traditional Montmartre restaurant.

Enjoy a leisurely morning to explore the attractions that interest you most or simply relax and soak up the atmosphere of Paris. This afternoon, visit the Eiffel Tower, a masterpiece of engineering and artistry that continues to captivate visitors from around the world. Later, embark on a scenic cruise along the Seine River, gliding past many of Paris’ most celebrated landmarks. As the city begins to sparkle, admire the beauty of the illuminated City of Light from a unique perspective—a magical way to conclude your day!

We leave Paris behind and journey to the splendour of Versailles, the magnificent palace transformed by Louis XIV, the Sun King, into a symbol of royal power and elegance that inspired admiration throughout Europe. Enjoy a guided visit of this extraordinary palace, followed by time to stroll through the beautifully designed gardens, with their grand fountains, sculptures, and perfectly manicured landscapes. Return to Paris and enjoy an afternoon at leisure to explore the city at your own pace. This evening, celebrate the memories created throughout your journey with a Farewell Dinner.

We bid adieu to Paris and transfer to the airport for our flight home.
